@Atoenailcliper The Army and National Guard have the same uniform. They both have the shoulder patch, and it doesn't matter what weapon they use, my plt sgt prefers the m16, while my squad ldr uses the m4.
@kitstaphur Yes the same uniform but the differnce between active duty and Nasty girls or Reserves is that Army Infantry Units utilize the same weapon systems. If your PSG Likes the M16, He is a P.O.G. and so are you. P.O.G. means, personnel other than grunt. Obviously he has never been in close combat when the M4 Carbine really shines. ( As long as you clean your shit and use a good MAg. Like HK.)
@RancidElf32 Those are Soldiers not Marines. Marin Corps HMMWV have the snorkel system on the driver side coming from the exhaust pipe. Plus that isn't MARPAT those are ACUs they are wearing. And I am Army, so if I didn't get the correct terminology of that snorkel system then forgive me. But it doesn't matter we are 1 team when we are deployed. We just talk shit about each other for fun.

@djtrill82 Theya re ARMY, the marines do not use EOTech sights due to the batteries. They strictly use Iron sights, or ACOGs, or Optics that do not require batteries.

@aveboy031 @aveboy031 I don't know about that. They don't seem have the traditional patch on their shoulder, it looks like the have the light weight helmets instead of the MICH TC-2000. Their camo also looks like Mapart. Then again they are supported by an AH-64 Apache haha. Its hard to tell.

If your PSG Likes the M16, He is a P.O.G. and so are you. P.O.G. means, personnel other than grunt. Obviously he has never been in close combat when the M4 Carbine really shines. ( As long as you clean your shit and use a good MAg. Like HK.)

@RancidElf32 Those are Soldiers not Marines. Marin Corps HMMWV have the snorkel system on the driver side coming from the exhaust pipe. Plus that isn't MARPAT those are ACUs they are wearing. And I am Army, so if I didn't get the correct terminology of that snorkel system then forgive me. But it doesn't matter we are 1 team when we are deployed. We just talk shit about each other for fun.

We held them off and supplied the ARVN with all of our helicopters, tanks, planes, guns etc etc We also rescued 1,000s upon 1,000s of South Vietnamese during the fall of Siagon.
