@EMOanimeFREAK22 Chuggaa doesn't use emulators. He has a gamecube, so he is probably using the Gameboy Player to play the GBA Cartridge on the GameCube, and then is using his capture card to capture the TV screen.

lavender town music at a strange thing in it that gave children suicidal thoughts.

about 200 children either got hurt or killed them selves. They carved stuff into their wrists. So it effected kids 12 and younger. Their braincells werent mature enough for the elements in the music. I listened to it and I am 14 it gave me a terrible migraine.

@Tostificer He's actually right, somewhere in the internet, it said that he doesnt have his Raticate because it's actually dead. After you battle him in S.S Anne, his Raticate had bad injures, but because of the luxury liner, he couldnt make it to the Pokemon Center, thus leading the Raticate to die. That explains why he doesnt have his Raticate in his previous battles and why he said "Is your pokemon dead?"
