A Spider-man movie is always a good thing. I personally enjoyed all three movies believe it or not.

Ask for the the villans in the 4th enstallment. I would like to see Scorpion as the main Villan. And you could have Spider-man fight Rhyno in like a bank robbing scene that doesn't really add to the story but at the same time, it would be a good appetizer for the fans. Or you could replace Rhyno with Vulture because we never really got to see Spider-man work his webs exstensively in the air.

Spiderman reboot is a great idea. Sam Rami fucked up the whole series by killing characters off and making stories that really didn't match the comic or cartoon at all. Listen, if you wanna make a good comic movie then FOLLOW THE F&@#ING COMIC! Plus Maguire played a very nerdy Peter Parker which he was only nerdy in the very original comics. Spiderman turned into a little bit of a cocky, joke cracking guy in the comics because audiences liked that more. The movies should follow that as well

Spider-Man 2 was one of my all time favorite comic-book movies. The first one was good but I hated the character design for Goblin...the 3rd one sucked but it wasn't beyond redemption like the Batma series was. I also didn't like that most of the cast seemed to hate Spidey as they promoted 3, if they don't like the genre it is time to move on. I think it's much to early to reboot and I would hate to sit through another origin movie. A simple recasting would be better.
