I played EVERY heroes might and magic game and its expansion, my first was 3 and its my top favorite game of all time i spend 150+ on multiplayer with my buddies, 1 and 2 are nice but they didnt age well because of 3, 4 is plain boring to me, i dont like the grapichs, sound or factions, 5 is a mixed bag, i like the fighting more and the factions are ok, but i wish they would stop trying to make it look like lord of the rings.

@FoolKillers There is no way you can possibly play all the scenarios in this game. There are just so many of them on the internet! That's one of the cool things about this game. It's like endless...

@KostjaMRH Even if you run out of scenarios, you can just create new scenarios to play again. And even if you run out of ideas, you can just mod HoMM3 and create new scenarios with it. Even if you are bored of that, you can just upgrade to HoMM4 and HoMM5, and repeat. If you are still bored, then just install new expansion packs. If you are still bored, then get HoMM6. But if you are still bored, then wait for HoMM7.

HOMM III released at 99` by 3DO represents an old good way to create games equally with Troika Games, Black Isle or Westwood Studios. Where we are now? Last hope in Bethesda, Obsidian Entertainment and Bioware, maybe they will return to create good RPGs not for mass. Good graphic are not all and HOMM is the greatest example of this.

The best part of Homm 3 music is that there are underlying musical ideas and recurring themes in every song that give unity to the whole soundtrack. When I listened to all the songs at one go i was completely bowled over by the creativity and how well constructed the score is as a whole - just like the other elements of the game.

I love this game but I think HoMM2 music was better and when I say better I don´t mean the menu music in HoMM2 I mean the music in general was better. The music in HoMM3 was somewhat cheesier, some soundtracks in HoMM3 sounded depressing. HoMM4 isn´t even worth mentioning, that game was the end of the Heroes series.

Oh man i remember this game on my old computer.. Windows 2000 and those HUGE computer screens they used to make, ugh it was a pain but man this game was so good and fun. Tho it was perfected in Heroes 3 Complete i thought, with all the stuff added in. My friend and i would play this when he came over... We should do that again someday.. Just out of nostalgia!
