Her most remarkable feature i think is her determination to generate real agency for African people but still managing to avoid being nativist or chauvinistic about what it means to be African today. Very inclusive and participatory approach to the problems our society faces. Strong gender dimension to her thinking as well. I'm a fan, though have only read essays and articles by her; not her books.
