It's a fake, is from Sonic 2 Advanced Edit, release 2, but the music and the SFX is over the real music.

it's using the sonic 2 engine for this level. this level is a sky chase zone hack. It's really well done. the music is really good (aren't all sonic themes?) I'd play this homebrew anytime.
