  • They're not slaves if they get paid. What if that is the only job that is available to them? Wouldn't you take it if you lived in poverty and wanted to make at least some money?

  • What a prick!

  • @KazekageGodaime

if only there was a god

  • He deserves to go to hell this mother fucking bastard he's making the poor Indonesian people into slaves and by the way they have terrible working conditions and live like animals

  • i will never ever wear Nike shoes.....

  • @KazekageGodaime Really? Don't you think "f***ing piece of crap" is a little extensive for a guy who donated over $100 million for cancer research? Not to mention millions more for education and other things. Should it be a requirement of the rich to make charitable contributions?

  • @WBeez Charitable Contributions to education? Are you kidding me? Knight gives money away to the worst areas of charity without realizing what the real honest people of this world need. Have you seen the stats on American schools? Nike could be funding teachers to work at what they are good at, teaching, not sitting in a fancy chair or desk funded by this ideological lunatic but this schmuck instead chooses to exploit child workers and pay athletes who contribute nothing to society.

  • @jaychotch I'm interested, more than anything, to know more about what you're saying. What exactly do you consider the worst areas of charity? What do the real honest people of this world need? Who are the real honest people for that matter? What stats regarding American schools are you referring to? What school have you been to, at least in America, where teachers are sitting in fancy chairs? (I only ask the last question, because I've visited many schools in America and haven't seen that

  • @jaychotch And can you explain how Phil Knight exploits his child workers? As for the athletes, I think anyone would agree that they make way too much money, however the amount they receive from sponsors, including Nike is based off the popularity of the athlete. Nike sponsors athletes to promote their product, and sales of their product go towards paying their employees, making donations, paying taxes, and of course paying their management including Phil Knight for piecing it all together.

  • human garbage

  • it's his karma. I'm sorry these situations exist at all. is it just me, or is he dressed like the devil? goatee, pointy wierd sunglasses, black get-up...

  • @louidoggify LOLOLOL

  • there is a special place in hell for that evil bastard.

  • I can't believe these people. It's capitalism people. Get the fuck over it.

  • @KazekageGodaime God gave him 13+ billion dollars and gave him a triple digit billion dollar company so....

  • The Nike founder, Phil Knight SLAVER!

  • Quit hating on Uncle Phil! Go ducks!

  • I have worn my last pair of nike shoes.

  • Stop buying Nike shit! Put the fucker out of business!

  • Comment removed

  • Nike is doing what many other shoe manufacturers are doing: producing shoes at the expenses of poor people. You may say: better $5 a day than nothing, but that's not the point. It's how money is made along the supply chain. Analyzes the price, cost and profit structure and you will understand why Nike (and all those others) are fundamentally bad companies.

  • That speech wasn't about achieving goals it was about beating his wife

  • @poleske TO THE MOOON ALICE!!!!!!! I heard it to man...

  • Why doesn't he give a ground breaking speech for a Nike factory in the US.

  • @KazekageGodaime just as he will u

  • There is only one place this inhumane man is going.. and that is to hell. Grow some balls and go live in Indonesia with the pay that those poor people are making from working for you! I will never buy ANYTHING Nike ever again!

  • @emarquez951 are u retarded

  • un puto mas ignorante con dinero

  • I decided to not buy Nike ever again.

  • Nike is one of the most innovative companies in the world.

I wish they would gain a great perspective on human rights, though. They could really lead big change.

  • mother fuckerrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • sweatshop child slave master Phil!

  • Phil Knight is A CORPORATE HOG! STOP CHILD LABOR AND EXPLOITATION NOW! WESTERN IMPERIALISM AT ITS WORSE!!!

  • WE LOVE PHIL KNIGHT , i HATE THE IDIOTS WHO GOT RID OF ERNIE KENT

  • Slave driving piece of genocydal chicken sh*t

  • @850538050 He has provided jobs for thousands of people. How is that bad. 5 dollars a day is better than 0 dollars per day.

  • @Dccole3214

A common misunderstanding. These countries were much better off before U.S. interference. They were forced into poverty by structural adjustment policies that caused them to shut down their own production in favor of cheap imports. It was hoped they could jump right into rapid industrialization if you just fed them, but it was a massive failure every time. The countries were decimated and now constitute a massive pool of slave-wage labor.

  • @850538050 what are u talking about

  • @850538050 Phil Knight hasn't committed genocide. I'm sure you're thinking of the Indonesian military. By removing Nike's presence from Indonesia, what would happen? Also, just so you are aware, to constitute the word "slave," a person cannot be paid, regardless of the amount, nor can they have choice.

  • i liked this speech he did even better!!
