Healthcare the world over has become a corrupt, profit making business.

Here in the UK, although we have a government option, we still have similar corruption and a system that is dominated by drug company profits.

Executive salaries have become obscene. More and more executive posts are created each year, at the cost of appalling staffing levels at the point of service.

I have no doubt at all that people die every day from neglect and misdiagnosis, some in the most appalling conditions.
