Japanese style Carbonara pasta

Japanese style is kinda more like the italian style then American one... I really can't stand to call the American one "Carbonara".

However, I haven't got what the small can you use with butter to fry pancetta (bacon)... Garlic? It doesn't sound good :S

Other than that, main differences are:

- cream and butter, but some Italians use that too... however I prefer without those.

- chiken... kinda nice idea, I'll try it :)
