I want government health care that goes something like this. Everyone pays their own bills. If anyone DOESN'T pay their bill (huge expensive procedure etc..) maybe the Government could pay the bill for them, and payroll deduct plus no IRS refunds 10 percent of their salary for the rest of their life (or until the bill is paid).
Texas Children's Hospital has 3 floors of I.T. people - and 6 nurses on duty. And half the nurses are screwing with computers for 20 minutes, compared to the 2 minutes they used to spend on paper charts.
Every minute a nurse spends filling out paperwork is a minute they don't spend caring for their patients. One less minute of real job experience. But that's life when government red tape spreads like a virus.
Yes, that's great. Everyone pays their own bills. How do you get health care if you can't find a job?
