i dont why but everytime i look at the mirror i got shy. its weird. saying "i love you" to my self is even more difficult than looking in the mirror. anyway my Psp have a mirror. i wonder if it has the same effect as mirror.

this is so true! you know - I have been using the tapping technique in front of the mirror, and it worked so well!!!!!!! if i have a headache or stomachache or just feeling bad about something, i look in the mirror and start tapping and say the affirmations (like: although i have this pain in my head i fully love and accept myself) and then when i finish tapping in front of the mirror, the pain is gone. this mirror technique is great!! wonderful! XD
