you're using too much distortion and effect. the song is played with little effect other wise its hard to hear the the individual notes. sorry im not trying to be mean im just giving you some advice/my opinion as a fellow musician

i haven't seen a movemnt of the leg, when the intro ended, so you didn't turn of the delay, that might also be the reason why you can't play it stacato. If you have the same problem with my little at-home-amp, cause it has got no pedal to turn of the delay

no, you should have standard tuning, download the gp tab from mattyp90 and play Russel II, thats the right tab and the same as how this guy plays, and it sounds the same.
