Maybe you guys aren't reading what I am saying but maybe you should. We have never been behind a truck going that slow and we have been behind many of them before. Also, no we couldn't have gone around.

It turned red quickly, we were scared stuck in the middle of the intersection. We TRIED CHANGING LANES but other cars in the other lane wouldn't let us.

I'd say that you people commenting on this video outraged by this are the ones that are "knuckleheads". We confess that we were wrong in the video. I've seen many trucks that are just regular old trucks ADVERTISING truck driving schools and such but AREN'T ACTUALLY THE SCHOOLING TRUCKS. We thought that was the case here.

We've driven behind trucks through intersections and have never been forced to sit in the middle of an intersection. That's scary and unexpected.

I have been driving a truck many years ago and I can tell you this.

The truck is many times heavier than a normal car and it takes a while to get it "to move".

And it also takes a little longer to shift gears.

The truck driving school adverts that you see on tv are a bunch of crap, they say you can learn in 2-4 weeks. My dad's been driving for almsot 28 years and he had a few months to learn. He said he despises those 2-4 weeks schools, they don't teach drivers much of anything.
