  • While I am not a fan of avocado, I adore a chocolate mousse made with avocado, cacoa, vanilla bean, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Tastes like the original chocolate mousse without the guilt. Great topped with pistachios or slip in a little rum.

  • raw cheezecakeeee!!!!

  • it would be great if you could type the recipe or at least the ingredients in the info section!

  • I'd love to see an easy chocolate truffle....with no coconuts...RAW....Thanks.

  • since you are uncooking, you should use your stove as counter space and keep your cutting board clean of jars! try it...it works :-)

  • I found one of the best ways to peel ginger is to use a spoon. I prefer a grapefruit spoon. My friend told me about thias method and you lose less skin that way. Hope this helps someone!

  • Thank you so much for showing us this recipe! Looks great!

Would request you change the background music you selected for using while making the recipe, it is a bit adrenaline raising & annoying, takes away from focusing on how you make the food. Great job though and thank you SO much for sharing your recipe & knowledge!

  • Hey - Looks good guys! Can I just comment, instead of saying -it could look better or more artistic - why don't you just say -Good job AnnMarie!

    Peace

  • Can you make raw cannoli?

  • sorry *cream cheese-not cheam cheese

  • Blueberry yum yum - i think that the challenge in making this dessert raw would be substituting the cheam cheese with something else and still keeping that part of the dessert thick, sweet, and creamy. Mrrrrmmm it's so good!

  • Looks awesome. I used to make collard wraps all the time. I also use to make guacamole and roll it up in cabbage leaves. Really simple and really good.

  • I am so going to try this

  • Is tea a raw food? And is this really raw if you blanche it? Not trying to argue, just wondering. btw, I do not eat a raw diet, I am just interested.

  • Hello Kevin and Annmarie,

Just wanted to say thank you very much for this video and recipe. My husband and I have this at least once a week. The sauce is just perfect and awesome!

One change we made: we use big romaine leafs and/or red top leafs to actually wrap the veggies.

And we'll add some fruit, like pears. It's just delicious! So thank you!

  • its not like they boiled them for hours, she just blanched them for 5 seconds, and they were collards not kale.

  • I'm just getting into raw foods. I really enjoyed this video. I will be trying it soon.

  • Great video, I am going to try this.

    Sandra

How about showing me how to make a CARROT CAKE!

  • Um dude If I were u dont add sauce. Because with spice foods your face will turn red just like yours. Im not trying to insult you Im giving you a good advice. Collards will help your skin replenish the redness.

  • Another neat way to roll them is to put a thin coating of the dressing on the first third of the collard leaf then lay out the veggies in a layer along the area with dressing... Now as you roll the leaf it is rolled into the veggies in as bit of a green swirl as seen from the end. For looks or to have just a bit more dressing.

  • looks sooooooo freaking good

  • Challenge: I've never had it cooked or raw, but I would LOVE to see a vid- for Mango Cheese Cake!
