@judaschongo yea i do miss the stomping from pride and soccerball kicks to the head but i really wouldnt say its severely lacking the cage surrounding is alot smarter for one cuz they dont have to stop and reset them all the time and ive seen some awesome highlights one of my favorites was the headkick ko of cro cop from gonzaga but one thing i really miss about pride is the tournaments

@Tap0uTguy alright so you think the resets are a nuisance; what about the myriad problems the over-sized cage/octagon posses. It's unnecessarily too big & encourages fighters(Machida) to be ultra-evasive & back-peddle the vast majority of the time without ever really committing to any real offense. Also strikers who don't wanna go to the ground(Liddell) could simply back themselves into the cage & use the friction it to prop themselves up. Grapplers could also lay n pray with impunity.
