This is not Ninjutsu, however I really like the idea of pressure testing and stress control. In terms of combat, it is important to test these elements, but it's not traditional Ninjutsu.

@Wolffakos i train ninjutsu in a bujinkan club here, and we don't use colored belts we are going by the system of kyu's (levels) tenth being the lowest one and 1 being the best before going to dan system :D
@Wolffakos our dojo uses the classical and most usual white (or no belt at all since gi isn't really necessary for beginners)->green (women wear read instead of green)->black system. yes only three belts, and the higher dan holders have black belts + the amount of dans marked in their gi. technically a school can use any belt system they see fit, there's no real rule against any. I was told; 'belts? a belt is just something to keep your trousers from falling isn't it?' ;>
Looks like they use a Kenpo belt system and the art does not look like Ninjutsu of any school I'm aware of. But keep training.

@Wolffakos
the most common order:
White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Brown, black. (black with 1 stripe/2stripe etc.)
In our system(not this one) we also use 3 stripes at brown, before u can do the black belt exam.
