Isn't Induction Cookware must be compatible with induction heating; aluminum would be unusable?
Since induction technology uses the power of magnetism, the cookware piece itself must be magnetic and have a flat bottom. For this reason, cookware made from aluminum will not work on its own.
@asteritis Hate to tell you that, but you know nothing about brewing coffee. The coffee made in moka IS an espresso, even though it's a totally different beverage from the espresso made with espresso machines.
@gronki1 What I know & don't know about espresso, is none of your business. OK? Now that we are done with this, let me tell you that I was not referring to expensive espresso machines. I own a bialetti Brika & a bialetti Mokka and I am telling you this is not an espresso. Untill 0:16 it can be called espresso, after that it is just hot water, coffe coloured rather than coffe flavored. You've put twise the amount of water on your coffe or half the amount of coffe needed.
@toulioss To me it does not look like it is better than a cheap classic one. Making a good espresso depends on the coffee used, temperature, time etc...
I have a feeling that these are great stove top espresso maker by Bialetti. I just bought a cheap 7 cup version couple of days ago and the handle broke off already!!!
How many ounces of espresso can you get out of this maker? if I am making latte or cappuccino, I would prefer double shot per cup. Is it possible if you fill the water in the reservoir up to the top??
That is pretty friggin' sweet. Did you make it?
