  • Click like if you thought that by the third sprint that the guy with the shirt had given up until you saw him on the far left of the screen? LOL...

  • this is soft shit in rugby practice we do harder stuff than this

  • @AG13PENS87 Big day for you. You can come and fuck my sister cause you are so awesome.

  • LOOKS LIKE BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN SPRINTS

  • @PAKETEMON I wish I could quit you.

  • SO IF I WANT TO DO WIND SPRINTS GOTTA RUN LIKE A COMPLETE RETARD?

  • @PAKETEMON Yeah that is exactly how you do them. Like a retard.

  • Imagine if this video was in 3D lmao !!! Good workout I will be trying that soon !!!

  • you run a 6.56 not bad

  • Hey, Alex. I started to do these wind sprints yesterday, and you said if you do them right you only have to do them once a week? Because the thing is I'm trying to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of the year. Should I do wind sprints one day, rest a couple days, and then do the Tabata run on my treadmill? I would really appreciate your opinion, thanks.

  • @SMyD77777 Listen to your body. If you feel you can do them extra days, then do them. It's not going to hurt you

  • @SMyD77777...a lil better advice...people get all inspired and want to hit the gym everyday at first. this burns you out for 2 reasons. 1. you will over train. rest is as important than exercise. 2. people dont focus on diet and run out of long term steam.

Approach it like this. 10-15 lbs is nothing if you were my client i would aim for maybe 2 months. and we would train 2-3 days a week.

start with eliminating as much grain, sugar, artificial sweetners...

  • @SMyD77777 man do instead 12-15 100 meters sprind FULL speed make sure each sprint cost less than 15sec so u will be good best way to burn calories

  • is that taylor swift i hear?

  • @TheScriptInMyHeart Love the way you lie? :p

  • @P90XBrian I believe I had that on my itouch.

  • Is this good for wrestling?

  • @bgnxtdr yes. This is good for any sport

  • @HomeGymFitness Just wanted to say i hope there are kids watching this getting an idea of what the male figure SHOULD look like. Take note this is an athletic, Soldiers build, not some useless Olympia stuff. Good job bud, and you have perfect symetry. What is your height and weight if you dont mind me asking.

  • Can i do this in a basketball court too?

  • @rod213 yes

  • can i do that in the basketball court instead?

  • @rod213 you sure can.

  • Why is it called a wind sprint? How is it any different from a normal sprint?

  • @theHurtfulTurkey Have you ever heard when someone is out of breath, they are called "winded". That's where it gets it's name from. If you do this correct..... You will be winded

  • thumbs up if you can hear the music everythime he comes closer

  • so on the other days what do you do for cardio?

  • @kyledanger45 nothing.

  • why dint he crash in the camere .. it would have beeen so AWESOME !!

  • Wow...I was barely able to do four sprints. I'm barely starting to incorporate sprints in my workouts--although I've read that sprinting should be done at least three times a week.

    Is this correct?

  • @DarthVato76 The friend that turned me on to these told me, these should be done 2-3 times per week. I did these one time per week and I started to get shredded. I also heard that if you can do these more than one time per week, then you didn't go hard enough the first time. I say, do them as many times as you can. If you can only manage to do them once per week, then that's perfectly fine.

  • how many meters is this sprint?

  • @HotSauceBG3 it's 60 yards

  • @HotSauceBG3 more less 50 meters...

  • wow this guy nearly ran into the camera lol.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Would you recomend these for defensive end training for football?

  • @SaltySangster I don't see why you couldn't do them.

  • @doomz78 Yeah I would add one to every workout until you ge to ten. When you get to ten, start timing how long it took to do the total workout. Try to beat your time every workout after you get up to ten sets. This is how we were designed to do cardio. We are burst creatures. When we were living in the forrest hunting we didn't try to wear down our prey by jogging. We went as fast as we could to try and tackle the beasts. These will make you a cardio beast.

  • beast

  • @woweeJR thanks.

  • so this is basically sprinting from one side to the other, walking back and repeating? also, what do you think about chest hair, sorry for the random question

  • @MrFluffay Yes that is how they are done. Until you can get up to ten sprints I would just go at a good fast pace. When you can get ten I would start running as fast as you can. Then start timing how long it takes to do the entire sprinting session. Try to beat your total time every time you do these.

  • @MrFluffay Well I shaved mine last week and I will probably never do it again. too much time and it sucks when it grows back out.

  • had to check this one out since your new one talks bout your duck run and your right lol kinda funny

  • Does this keep you in like shaape :$

  • @protestthehero200 yes it does.

  • @CPU119 Ha ha that's halarious. I love that part in the movie. I rewind it every time I watch that particular part. I wish I had it form though. When I get tired I start to run like a duck. I don't pick my legs up high enough.

  • @CPU119 These I run as fast as I can every time. that is why I am soooooo slow by the end of them

  • Will do, buddy... Just let me finish these donuts!

  • Eminem on ur itouch

  • i will have to start doing these on the local track once the snow melts. :-)

  • how far are you supposed to sprint?

  • I see you have a monitor on you. How much calories does this ?

  • @avatarcollides2day It's my I Touch. I usually listen to music while running. I have no idea how many calories I am burning during my wind sprints.

  • @avatarcollides2day hahaha a monitor

  • Nice, got to try them in the summer, it would be so epic if you just ran right into the camera haha.

  • Yeah you go to the gym and you see the same people jogging on the treadmills day after day and they look the same. The secret is the sprinting and interval training for sure!

I checked out some of your other vids, you've got some GREAT content.

    Take care,..

    Kevin

  • @543564356 thanks bro. When it comes to cardio, we weren't meant to do long sets of slow steady paces. We are sprinters by nature. That's how we were made to get our food. Sprinting after wild game.

  • You were like a snail on those last 4 or 5....keep it up you'll get faster.

  • @543564356 lol. I know.

  • as part of our kickboxing training we do 10 100 yard sprints and JOG back to the start. Our coach won't let us walk! Wind sprints are a great way to train though I must say.

  • @murge77 Awesome. I used to do 100 yard sprints but my legs kept cramping up on me so I had to drop them to 50 yard sprints.

  • i wanna run as fast as possible and i want to improve my speed..

    Is that gonna help//

    How many times per week??

    I play high school soccer..

    I need fastttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt speed..

  • @SoccerQuality I only do these once per week because I am also trying to put on muscle. But to answer your question... Yes these will help make you faster along with heavy weight training. Box squats will also help with explosion speed.

  • @HomeGymFitness thanks soo much ;)

  • @SoccerQuality Suicides helped me alot when I played high school tennis. Even though I hated doing them with a passion.

  • im trying to get bigger and gain good weight.. would it be a bad idea to do this once a week?

  • @MattMathieu25 I only do these once per week. So yes.

  • how many yards are you doing i only do 40 is that enough you think?

  • @BakeMcBride18 Yeah 40 is enough. I do 50 yard sprints. the shorter the distance of the sprint, the less time you have to rest. I used to do 100 yard sprints but then the walk back was too much of a rest.

  • Need to definitely try these out some time! Congrats on the new channel and looking forward to the chest workout video's ;)

  • very kick ass bro

  • Awesome man. Love the wind sprints and what you are doing with this channel! I'll be giving these a try tomorrow! I'll give ya a shoutout in the vid.

  • @Betterlife90 look forward to it. i got my windsprints done today on my break at work. It's all about budgeting your time. Remember that :)
