I'm in the process of doing "Mr Nice Guy" from OU818. Almost there just one section left to do. Doesn't seem like anyone else has done it yet! As with most Bungle, it's often a case of stamina as much as skill.

i didnt get the whole think in one shot. i mean i started with the opening riff on 00:13, that was something like two years ago. thats when i started learning out the song but i was stuck with some of the parts for long periods of time, lets say the riff on 03:54, i only managed to take it out not to long ago and that was the end of it and i filmed the video. good to hear your taking it out by ear, i hope the bass helps!

Yeah, Ive kinda givin up on tabs, i mean i used to follow em cause i thought maybe they'd be faster but 90% i just end up confused by em and they always seem wrong

i used to use tabs and ended up just like you only then i took the step froward and started taking it out by ear. at the beginning its a little difficult to bring your focus to it but it comes to you stick to it with patience. keep playing the guitar and i would very much like to see you cover this whole song on guitar, imagine you will be the first!

hell yeah man i was thinkin the same thing, i got 29 sec - 54 down (according to your video not the real cd track) down tight n the heavy parts 1:11 - 1:26 going pretty good still workin on it...the heavy riffs im doing good with its those fucked up sounding D-ish chords and the riff at the beginning i know the notes but executing it is another thing it's tough haha. all the other guitar vids ive seen for the song are horribly wrong as well. at least the song is fun enough i dont get bored. :)

Fucking awesome job on translating. Bungle is one of the most talented bands out there that will never get the respect because of the bizarre nature of the music. I transcibed the guitar part years ago and have since forgotten it. Damn you make me want to pick up my bass. Good job.
