@KriptoniteCola I think it is safe to say that Marvel was heavily influenced by Green Lantern when creating Nova though. Nova Core=Green Lantern Core, Guardians of the Galaxy=Guardians of the Universe, it all sounds more than similar. That's not a bad thing of course, like you said their back stories and powers are different, and I do think Nova is pretty cool in his own right.

I could easily deal with that if they didn't keep sprinkling in more patches of heroic sounding orchestral music, it's like they didn't know whether to go left or right with this one.

There should be hints about Megaman's return to MvC. 1) Nova's ending 2) Nova's theme sounds like the same sort of tune from one of Megaman's 20th Anniversary OSTs 3) Somewhere at the main menu of the game, you can see a comic page with Megaman in it. 4) Capcom said this isn't the last version of the game so it still ain't too late i guess IF THEY SAY SO. and 5) not really much but Wily's appearance in Dormammu's ending (along with Bison lol)
