@Foxcolors yeah i noticed that..i been doin so many different flips since i started tuckin the legs in..now i can flip over or through anything..lol..that video was withn the first 6 mmonths of discovering parkour..its 2 and a half years in now..cant wait to put the new vids up.....stay tuned

Dude, I'm starting to pratice Parkour/Freerunning to get in better shape and Quit smoking, I'm not that bad actually, Watching you in this park gave me great training ideas. This is one of those things I did as a kid. Well, all of us probably, but this just let me say. I'm glad I found it.
