  • That wasn't even armed while you were picking it...

  • Lets see him pick it when its alarmed and not held in a vice... how does this even slightly reflect on real life?... Ah silly me... i get it now... someone wanted to protect his precious vice and this rebel thought he'd half inch it, naughty naughty :)

  • the padlock he used was already damaged!!!

  • @marcellarhughes & myrambles There is nothing fake about this video, they are quite easy to pick. Stick to commenting on subjects that you know something about instead of criticising people for doing something that you can't do.

Can you please explain why the alarm did not sound when it was supposed to?

  • @mikkimasson The reason that the alarm did not go off could be for 1 of 2 reasons :-

    1. These locks have 2 modes, alarm set or alarm off & if the alarm mode is off then it just works like an normal padlock.

    2. The lock was held in a vice & therefore with no movement the motion sensor would not activate the alarm.

If you check out my channel you will see that no lock is unpickable with the right tools & enough practice.

I know that these locks have 2 modes and that the alarm can be switched off by the way the shackle is inserted.

But, if the alarm is switched on, even if the lock is held in a vice, wouldn't the alarm sound when the lock is being picked? The motion sensor would detect movement, even if the lock is held in a vice.

  • @mikkimasson I don't know to be honest as I don't own one of these types of locks, but I will have to buy one now just to find out. I have just had a look on eBay & you can get them for about £10, so I will get one & pick it & let you know what happens. I have seen other vids of people picking them & the alarm has not sounded, but as I said I will have to buy one now just to satisfy my curiosity.

You're cool! I really like your style!

Should be interesting if you could pick the lock with the alarm on and still not trigger the alarm.

  • no it wasnt the alarm should sound when he inserted pick and fiddled

    he is an ass

  • was the alarmed armed? having the shackle one way arms the alarm, and the other way its dis-armed and just work's as a normal padlock ?
