Had the luck to see them live in 1995 in Southampton...2 foot from the stage we were...possibly the best concert I've ever been to. A fantastic band that should have had 100x the success they had. Back Street Symphony is still the one rock album I'd take to a desert island above all others. Fantastic songs every one of them. Great memories...

Just looked at the thunderonline site, how gutted am I that I've missed the 'evening with' tour by a couple of weeks. Last time I looked at their site was just after they split so figured I'd never see 'em. Gutted. Been rocking out to backstreet symphony since it came out!

Saw Danny and the guitarist do an acoustic set in Glasgow on Friday night there, Danny still has the voice, I have always been a fan of their music just never bothered to learn who was who in the band. Wish Thunder would reform. Talent like this deserves to be successful.

I have to say that these guys never put on a bad show for me. I think they deserved bigger status but god does trhis song take me back!! Danny still has a voice after all these yeasrs to blow my socks off!! Davisd coverdale would have a serious run for his money if they ever played together!!

@CozImMrBrightside aint that a very sad fact. Fantastic band and very approachable. My Mrs and me met Danny on his way out of an Oxford gig, he has time for all his fans, so bloody sad..... Skin went the same way, they were on a par with Thunder too. But we still got gangsta rap........... yeah right lol

You're right about the media. I am an American and a musician and consider myself well versed in 70's and 80's rock and roll and I had never heard of Thunder until I stumbled upon them in Classic Rock Magazine. They should have been huge.
