Never liked Sex Pistols! I've always seen them as Wankers. They did not write any good song! But anyways . Sid always fucked things up and thats what made them so special. Now when Sids gone the energy is gone! They are just some old guys , some of them from The real Sex Pistols who try to get famous like in the old days.
Give me The Ramones and if any one had twron a bottle i would beet them!

ROFL - bloody travesty... Love how the audience scream "GO AWAY"! Show doesn't excactly capture the Pistol's 1970'ies spirit. Betcha Vicious would've thrown every single broken bottle back at the audience!
I was also there that year, but wasn't a punk until the year after, so didn't see them. Sad.

Mmm. no. The Pistols got famous and signed to EMI BEFORE Sid was in the band. They got famous because of what happened during the Bill Grundy show.

That band's sound is definetly tighter with Glen back in the band. I suppose things get better with age as well.

Sid could play bass about as well as bear ride bikes. It didn't come natural and it was clunky at best.
