Congressional lawmakers were elected to write federal laws -- not just rubber stamp 'em -- constrained by Art I, esp Sec 8, and the 10th Amend of the Constitution to which ALL lawmakers have sworn an oath to respect & uphold. Pls press your colleagues in BOTH parties for accountability, delegating powers to the States or the People.
