  • thanks for the input but you are incorrect. Not gonna post a long reply but any angle lower than 45* and you are BEGGING for problems at L4-L5.... oh and you are NOT supposed to pull to your chest, if you understood the function of the target muscles you would understand that they are most involved when you pull to your lower abs. anyway...Again, thanks for the input. peace.

  • ur trying to do so much weight that u cant do the exercise the right way witch means u arent getting near the full benefits...lower the weight til u can do it the right way..heavy isnt everything dont b a pussy about it and do a 100Lb bb row but damn ur not even bent overit should come to your chest not your stomach
