Casio EX-FS10 test 210fps high speed - slow motion

The manual says that the EX-FS10 cannot optical zoom during high speed video recording. But is it possible to optical zoom BEFORE you start shooting a high speed video with the EX-FS10?

I want to know the answer to this question before I buy this digital camera.

never use flourecent lighting in slo mo cuz then you can se the electrical pulses it gives out

How is this so clear with the dark lighting? everytime i do slow mo in dark light it comes out grainy..
