Wow! Must take a LOT of practice to keep that hoop in the air while dancing at the same time AND managing to keep hands/arms from knocking the hoop as it's moving. Impressive stuff! I'd be happy just to be able to keep hoop turning a few times, let alone do all the extra moves!

i been hula hooping for bout 3 weeks now n lesson to my ipod while doing it,it really does help.while lessoning to a beat,im really good with moveing my hips n turning n doing a lil dip but cant dance like she is it kinda to hard but i do practice.its fun to do

It's not just a regular hoop. They are weighted and larger than the cheap kids toy.

no. hoopnotica makes hoops for adults. much better and easier to use than the plastic kids version. you should check out their website. :-)

Those hoops are Dance or Sports hoops. They are about 36" to 40" diameter and weigh up to 1kg (that over 2lbs for you American lot). The greater the diameter, the "easier" they are to use... apparently.

LOVE IT :)) Rayna love the pace of your movement and your focus on the dance itself as you are in the hoop, my favorite style of hooping but again it's just my own view.
