Is degli dei Albanesi the old Piana dei Greci?

Since it refers to Morea in Peloponnesos I assume it refers to the Greek Arvanites who left Peloponnesos in the 15th (as there were also Albanian settlers in Sicily)

Is that right?

I must say I find it very amusing(but mostly sad) how you try to make up an excuse as to why these Arvanites who went to Southern Italy/Sicily have an Albanian identity today.

This place is known as Piana de Albanese, the inhabitants are medeival Albanians(Arvanite) who descend from Morea, Peleponeso today known as the proud Albanian Arberesh. Unfortunately ,todays Arvanites who remained in Greece are brain washed self-hating losers like yourself :)

the reason why they were called the piana dei greci is because the albanian land was given to greece back then, and also what is very significant to realise is that anybody under the christian orthodox faith was called a greek (by faith) not a greek (by nationality) as it means today
