The officer was the one who scared the driver and the driver ended up driving into the bridge killing himself. stupid cops!! this cop should be terminated and the drivers family should file a lawsuit!

@mukaikof Murder implies the intent to kill. The cop didn't intend to kill anyone. The only one endangering innocent lives are the assholes who run from police. If the police let every person go if they decide to run, then arrest rates would drop and trust in police efficiency would too. Unless the cop pulled a gun out on that guy and was shooting at him, "scared" is a shitty excuse, since most people who get pulled over don't run or get "scared".
