Jason Mraz didnt rip this song off of Ashley. Ashley "covered" a version that Israel Kamakawiwo'ole was doing back when Ashley was still in diapers. Sorry to bum you out. Look up Isreal's version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" Corin's version is almost note for note the same.

Jason's song sounds like "Somewhere over the Rainbow"...no matter who's singing it.

I was using Corin's version as a reference to show the similarities. Not to say he wrote this song.

I also do know that this is a cover of another cover, done by Israel.

So, who's covering who?

My point was that Mraz's song sounds like "Somewhere over the Rainbow"...which the original dates back to 1939.
