  • Dior has become so lifeless and insipid :'(

  • John Galliano, please come back!!!

  • Oliva Palermo now does Couture?

  • I'm here because of Lana Del Rey :)

  • Better than the last show. Very chic. But....it look extremely safe for a couture collection. Look like ready to wear. And it all déjà vù. Did u also notice Bill face at the end? He look really anxious.

  • We miss John Galliano!

  • I think that 60% of what galliano did was hyped up shit, and wasnt at all faithful to the original dior.

  • I think the criticism of Dior will end only when John returns to the fashion industry. Galliano's fans will go to him and leave Dior alone at last.

    p.s. i miss him, too :-)

  • We just miss JOHN GALLIANO. where is he? why dont he show up for his fun? i know the couture LADY simply adore him jusy like they adore KARL Lagerfeld

  • @alohaarmani Absolutely agree with you. To be honest, I don't care anymore about Dior. I just terribly miss Galliano.

  • lanalanalanalana <3

  • What is the last song.

  • @RITTHIPHONG Lana Del Rey - This Is What Makes Us Girls

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE perfect with Lana.

  • Get that promo, Lana.

  • and of course Toledano is more interested in the money than the art. Its easy for us to complain, but Haute Couture spends extraordinary amounts of money and brings in very little. Toledano HAS to look over the economical welfare of the brand because it IS one of the 3 most important brands in the world. There are A LOT of products which have to be made in order for the brand to bring in LOADS of money to produce new things, to pay salaries, to pay advertisments, and, yes, Haute Couture it self.

  • Can somebody tell me the name of the last song in this clip ( Lana del Ray ... ? ) , Thanks!

  • dior is lost without galliano

  • i dont think ppl realize the place Dior is in right now.... they have yet to confirm a definite creative director and Bill Gayten is only the buffer designer as of now. At the moment, the best for Dior is to play safe until further decision.

  • Dress up the show sucks. Farewell couture.

  • this was just a repeat of every dress that has been creted from dior the whole collection is safe safe safe boring and bland!

  • Comment removed

  • I think is great that he went back to basic, but if you look at the collection from 1950 it's like every thing has been copied and pasted...in the world of haute couture fashion should not be played safe, risk is what is needed..and that is why I do agree with most of the people here wanting Galliano back.

  • If you really know Haute Couture then you know this collection is truly elegant and classic, I have respect for Galliano but its not Galliano for Dior. its just Christian Dior. so suck it up and get use to the new Dior. Its only the beginning for the fashion house.

  • THE ONLY THING I LIKE ABOUT THIS.. IS LANA DEL REY MUSIC :)

  • Dior is dead with this clown designing it :/

    We need John back!!!!

  • Whenever i watch "new" Dior i get sad because this isn't Haute Couture. I always go back to the John's days and say Ahhh theres my Couture!

  • For Dior, uh.....do they even have any makeup on?

  • Karlie abrió ... :D bueno eso ya es un comienzo aunque aun están muy lejos de haces lo que hacia Galliano, y si algunos vestidos destacan... pero muy pocos

  • recycling everything from the past galliano collections and old dior. this is just boring and more of the same.

  • I seen it all before. Worst haute couture, very safe.

  • Beautiful collection......will see them on red carpet soon.....Karlie Kloss.....is the new Gisele Bundchen.....she is not going anywhere......she will be fashion star......;)........

  • compare to HC s/s 2010,it is SO SAD T-T

  • They want to please and sell, but this is really boring. I miss Galliano.

  • Beautiful dresses, but not fine works of art. God, I miss John.

  • disillusionment. it is nice ready to wear, it's not high fashion at all.

  • People dont be ridiculos, this is a Nice Work amaizing, stop missing John.

  • @alexsheck i agree with you even though i miss john's dreamworld of dior, this is quite good a really beautiful collection, my only problem is karlie, get rid of her!

  • I recognise that it is couture however it isn't the couture we all link and expect from the house. To me it was just a small step up from the spring ready to wear show, which is really disappointing and I truly miss Johns flair and extravagance in his designs for the label.

  • these black gowns are horrible this designer dont have passion im sorry he were turned head of DIOR! and show us this..?

  • I feel like crying! this is a huge disappointment. I can't even describe how I feel. I'm really really sad.

  • I didn't love it. Seemed too vintage and safe.

  • The second song is This is What Makes Us Girls by Lana Del Rey

  • what is the song at the end after the lana del rey one?

  • Cameron Diaz is gonna wear the dress at 1:04 at the Oscars for sure

  • this is a collection of "this would fill the space of emptyness" dresses...

  • Again, other cheap collection, very very commercial and is NOT COUTURE. Better than the last of course, but is NOT COUTURE. The house of Dior is lost. Whrere is the art? Fucking Toledano, the money is first and the art doesn't care.

  • @julios24 The art is in the beauty and workmanship of these gowns.Couture is an art form and may i remind you that christian dior rose to fame because of sophisticated, detailed clothes not messes passed off as couture.I think that this is a beautiful collection and its nice to see the brand taken back to its roots.

  • @julios24 Em, I dont know it you are aware of what couture is, but Couture is not art. It is well designed, well made cloths, for wearing, not for hanging in museums. People think couture is art, because of what JG was doing for the last 15 years, but infact what he was doing was wrong. It may look pretty, but if it does't sell, well then he isn't doing a good job. Karl was doing wearable, salable couture that was well designed = more sales

  • Some of the dresses are really nice, but it's simply a re-work of archival pieces

  • Lack of color :/ even if the dresses are very Christian Dior (traditional Dior) the spark it's missing to make it pop.

  • for the first time since Galliano left I enjoyed a Dior collection...not it is not the epitome of what dior can do but it is a step in the right direction for bill

  • I miss make-up and hairstyles are created and unique holiday experience Dior show, and completed a model image.

most dresses like dresses that Galliano created. Miss the holiday that he created ...................;;;;;;(

  • LANA DEL REY!!!!

  • it isn't couture at all. it is safe, and lacking in newness

  • @seaborder Then I wonder what you think of Chanels couture for the last 10 years?

Couture isn't defined as being wild and extravagant, it is about quality, refined design with the highest level of craftsmanship imaginable. Bill has produced a collection, that is A) Well designed, B) well made, and C) well styled. It also keeps to the codes of the house, therefor it is an irrefutable success. And I am sure sales will reflect this. And I wouldn't be surprised if they out sell Galliano's

  • @Desmonp21 Thank you so much. People are so quick to jump on the Galliano bandwagon and hate everything Dior has done! If this had John's name on it, they would be thinking it's super gorgeous!

  • HE DID MUCH BETTER THIS SEASON. =) MAYBE DIOR ISN'T SHOT TO HELL AFTER ALL.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL Lana del Rey ! XD

  • so much better than the last haute couture of Dior....hope u get the full version of this and Atelier versace. great vids
