Greed... Hmmm... I agree. Men don't suddenly become greedy. It is a natural tendency for man to try to obtain the most with the least amount of effort. That is not bad or good. It is just our nature. That is also why we have property rights. People constantly balance their risk of going into debt with their accumulated wealth and earning potential. Bubbles exaggerate the latter two and create an illusion of wealth. It isn't greed at all. Fed generated bubbles create a false sense of security.
