Hi, I have this same machine and I'm trying to figure out how to make it work. What software are you using? Are you using the servos and drivers that originally came in the machine?
@oldmangloomify yes in fact i had the same problem before when i bought the machine, i used the prolight 2000 software and i stablished the communication with a rs232 cable and a windows 98 computer, i had it to run with a windows xp computer but i get some communication problems,
so if you give more details i might be able to help you
