A friend who is an ambulance driver shared this with me. It is bloody hilarious! Truly, translation is not needed ... actions speak quite loudly! Absolutely wonderful!!

Ahhh the joys of the SAED.

For those commenting that it wouldnt shock the patient, you're incorrect. The SAED (semi automated external defib.) will advise a shock, but allow one in MOST situations.

The common AED (automated external defib) will not allow shock unless it thinks the patient has shock-able pattern.

Finally, this is all BS, because a flatline patient does not have a proper rhythm that would warrent a defib.

At my fire station, for practice, a paramedic applied patches and electrodes to a fellow firefighter.

As paramedic turned knobs to record ECG, I whistled a delicate very high pitch up sweeping tone, sounding just like the defibrillator charging to give a shock.

Scared both of them.
