A friend who is an ambulance driver shared this with me. It is bloody hilarious! Truly, translation is not needed ... actions speak quite loudly! Absolutely wonderful!!
@TheMiskaThe Besides EuroNoobz correct reply: the cyclist on the stretcher says in DUTCH: "Auw, volgens mij is het gebroken" = I think's it's broken. So, there you have the dutch part ;-)
@TheMiskaThe The company sometimes make their commercials in other countries. Don't blame others if you didn't know at all. This is a real Dutch company. If you turn off the annotations, you get Dutch subs.
@TheMiskaThe It's you who are idiot! It's taken place in Finland and the workers speak Finnish, but can't you see in the end that it is Dutch? So stupid!!!
For those commenting that it wouldnt shock the patient, you're incorrect. The SAED (semi automated external defib.) will advise a shock, but allow one in MOST situations.
The common AED (automated external defib) will not allow shock unless it thinks the patient has shock-able pattern.
Finally, this is all BS, because a flatline patient does not have a proper rhythm that would warrent a defib.
Conscious patient in NSR sees he is about to be shocked.
And driver winces seeing conscious pt. shocked.
At my fire station, for practice, a paramedic applied patches and electrodes to a fellow firefighter.
As paramedic turned knobs to record ECG, I whistled a delicate very high pitch up sweeping tone, sounding just like the defibrillator charging to give a shock.
It´is Soumi :)..or better sayed Finnish. The Song at 0:33 min. is the Famous "JÄTKÄN HUMPPA ",a song that get every Weekeng sung at Karaoke in Finnland :).The video to this Song is nice ;)
meesterlijk!

Ahhh the joys of the SAED.

are they talking suomi?
i'm sorry for false translations but i just translated the dutch subs to english..
EuroNoobz 2 years ago
They are talking Finnish yeah :D
But I suppose it's only important to get the main idea..
You could change the "Oh noes" to something like "Damnit". Perhana(what he says) pretty much is damnit
setakakki 2 years ago
@setakakki
I think he say "Perkele"...it really like "Dammed".
