In 2005, my grandpa "Poppie" as we called him passed away from kidney cancer at age 63. I feel like i took him for granted and didn't spend enough time with him. But one thing i know to this day is that he's watching over my grandma, me, and the rest of our family because he was an avid follower of my lord and savior Jesus Christ. We miss you Poppie!!!!
I could say that this calls to mind or makes me miss one particular person but I have lost so many people since I came to where I now live in North East Texas that it really symbolizes all the many friends and family members I have lost in 23 years.
My mom, who was my best friend in the world is the closest of those I have lost and the breath we lost from moments was from both of us laughing so hard at each others stupid sense of humor. Miss you mommy.

My boyfriend's grandpa is dying slowly of cancer, and my boyfriend is having a rough time. I think if I show him this song, he will have a better understanding that we all have to go, but he needs to spend a lot of time with the people he loves because you never know when they are going to be gone.. We played this song at my pampaws funeral, he was an incredible man , It would take so much energy to type how amazing he really was. This was his favorite song. I was really mad at my dad because I found out he was back with the woman who caused my parent's divorce, for three weeks I never talked to him, ignored all his calls and facebook messages. I even thought about cutting him off altogether. But today, Veteran's day, which me and my dad celebrate more than his birthday, was the day where niether of us could stand not talkin to eachother. We just made up five minutes ago and though it is hard to trust him now... I can't help but still love him.

My Great grandpa just recent pasted away and a week after that my cousin was in a tragic car reck and nearly died herself :L. She's getting better and better everyday <3 and I'm very proud of her she is a stong girl. The only thing that will hurt her the most is when she finds out her bestfriend past away at the sence. so my grandpa passed away from cancer and old age on 10-10-10, he was in the hospital in life support. he couldnt talk, but he was ready to go. we wrote down the abcs on paper and he spelled out messages to us... he told us all he loved us. then they took the breathin tube out. as he took his last breaths, he asked us to pray for him... i was holding his hand. as we prayed, he took his last breath... it was incredibly sad.... as i drove home from the hospital, this song came on.... RIP grandpa!

whenever i listen to this i cant help but feel sorry for my friend: 5 years ago he had a wife and daughter but his wife cheated on him with his best friend and he wanted a divorce well she won everything and he walked 3k + miles to maryland because he could not bear it being so close but being pushed away from his daughter and i know shes probably going to grow up hating him for not being there when legally he cannot

I lost my grandpa, ten years ago this year. He was my everything. My dad told me that the last time he saw my grandpa smile was when he was reaching for me out of my dad's arms. I held his hand until the second he died. & I yelled at the doctor because he tried to keep me from the room. I kept telling my dad I wasn't going to cry... I was doing good until they closed the casket. Then you heard a big wail from the back of the church, & that's when everyone else lost it. Rest in peace, grandpa. <3

My Great grandpa just recent pasted away and a week after that my cousin was in a tragic car reck and nearly died herself :L. She's getting better and better everyday <3 and I'm very proud of her she is a stong girl. The only thing that will hurt her the most is when she finds out her bestfriend past away at the sence. They were just driving to the house to get close 5mins away from the house too. I don't believing praying and stuff but I've nonstop prayed for her sence. We all love you K.L.S.

so my grandpa passed away from cancer and old age on 10-10-10, he was in the hospital in life support. he couldnt talk, but he was ready to go. we wrote down the abcs on paper and he spelled out messages to us... he told us all he loved us. then they took the breathin tube out. as he took his last breaths, he asked us to pray for him... i was holding his hand. as we prayed, he took his last breath... it was incredibly sad.... as i drove home from the hospital, this song came on.... RIP grandpa!

She went Missing in Saratoga and was found dead. I wish i could take all the things i said to her back, All the negative things i did. When you grow up like i did im 13 years old i might not know much but i have enough memories for when im older.My family has had ups and downs but we get through it. @littlebear5590 Its not your fault when i was 15 my beloved mother was diagnosed with cancer I cherished EVERY minute of that fearful year. when she passsed I blamed myself for a long time. but clerity is a funny thing man. keep on going what happens today is not allways what tomarrow will bring. im praying for you and your family. just keep on going he's probably stressed and scared and hopefully diddent mean it.
