I'm not sure if this is weird to anyone else but there is an ape named koko (look it up) who was trained to speak sign language and has a reported IQ of 85. Is it scary to anyone else that a man who's IQ is lower than an ape (Ottis Toole) could have possibly killed hundreds of people
