i think soldier cuz the rocket goes straight as which gravity affects the grenade on demo.

Airshooting is a practice of it's own as a Soldier (and Demoman). Yeah, it might not be hard for standard ones, but a few I've seen some people pull off are just amazing. It's all about predictability and watching the angles at which enemies are flying.

They are really useful because if you launch someone up, chances are they are going to be stunned for a second. Even if they do keep shooting, they will not be very accurate, so taking them down while they are at a disadvantage is smart.

Looks like forward aiming (Shooting where the target will be) and some layups (Shooting them midair then shooting the ground when they're near it) Those aren't midairs :(
