He could have exercised the entirety of His Divine whenever He wished, and at times He certainly did. @helindelol no im very aware. and even the koran.says to judge islam by what has been revealed in OUR books. theres no question of what these books said in mohamed's day, we have entire copies of the Bible that predate mohamed by centuries. and the Bible teaches that Jesus is God, and that he was cruficifed and ressurected, all things the koran denies. AS for the Trinity, the BIble distinguishes between the categories of Being and person. God is one Being who esists in 3 persons.

@helindelol Jesus wasnt crucified because the koran says so? the baghvagita says shiva is the God of destruction, that doesnt make it true. if you look at history, the BIble has been amazingly preserved. you can look at, for example, codex vaticanus. it predates mohamed by about 3 centuries, and the text in that Bible is the same as the text in mine. that includes the passages that say Jesus is God, and that He was crucified.

@helindelol Jesus never said He was God? then why did He say in John 17:5 "Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was." if any creature spoke those words, that would be blasphemy. all glory belongs to God alone, its not something we can demand. yet Jesus did that. He asked to share the glory of God Himself, that they had already shared before the world was created. and this is what we are to judge mohamed by.

He said He shared God the Father's glory before the world was created. did you do that? did you share allah's glory in eternity past? will you again in the future? and why does John 1:3 say of Jesus "Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made" Jesus did not merely preexist. He is the creator of ALL things, and that includes you.

Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him" Jesus is not only your creator, but your judge. muslims believe Jesus wont even intercede on the last day. but if you dont honor Jesus in the same way you would honor God the Father, then you dont honor Jesus OR God the Father.
