I think it's amazing how the dancers have progressed from season to season. In this season (2011) if someone danced like Pasha danced in this routine, he would have been ripped apart by the judges. That was horrible compared to what he can do now.

The reason why lacey looks better at popping is because she's wearing tighetr clothes...the fact that pasha is wearing jeans makes it look like he's not as tight...put him in spandex and he'd be just as good if not better!!! I LOVE YOU PASHA!!!!

@dylanwilson1991 On top of that, he's supposed to be a bit more fluid as the human. She's supposed to be more rigid as the dummy so there is that element to the moves too. And I agree with your sentiment on loving the pasha :)

Lacey is my favorite female dancer EVER! I could watch her perform all day. She always brings something fresh and interesting. Natural talent and charisma literally ooze out of her. coming from a hip hop background i have to agree, pasha was sloppy, and you could tell he forgot a few of the moves at one point, he hesitated as he danced, but nonethless, awesome choreography. Lacey is just unreal.

Laceys movements are supposed to be sharper. It's supposed to differentiate between the two characters. Laceys not human - her moves need to reflect that. I love Pasha. But he was very sloppy when Lacey and him are dancing at the end. It's like she's too fast. It might be her fault, I don't know. But it just didn't look right when he was doing it.

@LadyAlister That was intentional. Pasha is supposed to be this laid back nerd and Lacey is supposed to be a stiff manequin (sp?). That's why it appears Lacey outdanced him but she really didnt.

@BeautifulRX There's a difference between being nerd and being just plain sloppy. Her movements were much sharper than his, and showed a serious lack of training on his part, despite her being untrained in hip hop as well. And if it was intended then it was a bad choice on the choreographers part. There's no reason to have sloppy dancing intentionally, especially when next to somebody so good. She out danced him, that's all there is to it.
