The blast was made by a single explosive. Even if you daisy-linked that amount of charges the explosion would take a bit longer, showing at least a couple of consecutive flashes. Besides, if you look carefully at the plume, you can see that the blast seeped below the road, meaning the explosion took place around two meters below ground, too deep for an IED..

The video was taken from a CCTV camera, the frame rate makes anything moving past terminal velocity too fast to be seen. If there was a tunnel somewhere along the blast, it would have been torn up causing a lot more dirt to bee taken with the blast, making the plume a lot more bigger. Besides, the trucks are Iraqi, not American, British, or NATO, This was posted on another website around 2005 with a clear definition from the USAF..
