@codemaliq Not really seeing as how the earliest werewolf cases ending up being just a guy who was crazy and thought he was a wolf anyway. No transformation took place at all. As far as just a story goes, I would prefer a Wolfman over the more basic Twilight werewolf any day for two reasons. 1. Technically (if it could happen) there's no way a human could turn into a big wolf. It would have to have features of both and 2. Wolfmen just look more bad ass.
