I usually never watch romantic movies. In fact, I never saw one before until I watched this in my Cinema Class. I expected a boring romantic, cheesy movie. But I was really surprised that the movie had me wanting more till the end. It has been the very first romantic movie that made me cry and believe that true love really exists. It drew me in and I felt the love and chemistry the characters had. I cried and cried at the end. Kudos to the director and cast for this wonderful movie.

Call me an idiot, but the young Allie and Noah played by Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling are suppose to be what the older Allie or we the audience imagine them to look like? ..Judging this by the younger photos of Gena Rowlands and James Garner shown towards the end.
