  • So sorry who bought this condo unit, because Shell residence is more modern prestige condo build right next to Sea residence.

    If you want to sell your unit in the future, people rather buy SHELL RESIDENCE!

  • I already bought a unit, spot cash, and expected turn-over date is 05/2011 for Phase 1.

    So excited to be a part of all these since this place is going to BOOM eventually as THE Las Vegas of Asia.
