Simpel: Yellow dots stand for extra movement. Green means you can walk and attack. Yellow means, you can walk for 4 steps extra. I can't remember the perk now...

Got a video how to remove those damn rocks blocking the entrance to the Military Base? I've tried the rod and dynamite stuff about 20 times and it just didn't work.:(

@Shidentora use a plastic explosive in the cart and the use the cart to push it and the way is open.

@Shidentora u need rope use the rope on the pole then activate the dynamite use the dynamite on the pole then just click on the cart if it doesnt work just click it again it all depends on ur STR so yea
