How do people determine who the 'best' is? Everyone does it differently. Some do it by looking at accomplishments; if you do that then either Roberto Duran or Pernell Whitaker are the best lightweights ever. If you look at physical attributes and special preformances though, then it's probably Shane Mosley.
I like Mosley one hell of a lot more than the both of those overhyped pugilists. (Jones JR and Judah) More heart, more class, more integrity. Mosley is a guy worthy of admiration cause he's displayed his superior talents with humility and dedication to the craft, rather than strut and preen like Jones and Judah have done their whole careers.
They're comparing Shane to Roy Jones, but watching this he seems to be more stylistically related to Zab Judah. He is like a conventional-stanced Zab.
u gotta remember though, mosley is 35 and not in his prime - mayweather has to fight the younger, hunginer guys in their primes, something mayweather hasn't done in the past 4 years.
