  • Come on little lizard...show your blanket!

  • i wish i knew how many i see every day...............probably 25

  • -.- I can´t beleave you just have them walking around the yard and here in Portugal I was about to pay 10$ for one... damn Portugal.

  • are they your pets???

  • They live here in Miami, too, in the wild, and in human form, as well.

We call our, "Miami and Coral Gables cops".

The men strut in tight, blue uniforms and try to look sexy, muscular,

and, generally, appear to be bluff and brave. We laugh at their thug ways.

  • can they eat cocaroaches?

  • @65inulover, no, they do eat little bugs, tiny insects, and are good at mosquito patrol.

They are nice little creatures. The females are sweet, and put up with their males,

we hardly know why. The throat displays of males, human and anole, are comical, silly.

See Youtube, Bangville Police, in high definition, to learn why men should not have cows,

"Oh, daddy? Can we have a little calf?"

(((ASK A FLY CATCHER Miami male cop)))

  • I have a question. My anole's dewlap doesn't show often, but sometimes it's really big. He shows it when he swallows it sometimes. I just want to know if it's really male or not...:P

  • is that a green anole or knight?

  • knight anoles are bigger, and have more yellow i belive..

  • anolis carolinensis

  • i getting anole next month i want to breed them but i want 1-2 babies only is that possible?

  • they lay an egg every week once fertilized. takes 4-7 weeks to hatch and will not hatch if disturbed. moist organic soil or peat moss is needed to lay the egg in.

  • thats the fattest anolle ive ever seen!

    Thanks for watching!

  • thats awsome im getting 1!! i wanna get 2 but i wanna get a male and female but i dont want them to breed! HELP!

  • lol, Then I would suggest that you keep them apart, they breed like rabbits! I don't breed them, they do just fine on their own in my yard.:) I get to enjoy them in the wild, I hope you enjoy them as pets!

    Thanks for watching.:)

  • you shold keep those anoles as pets man those ones are cool i like green anoles the best anole rock!!!!!

  • if you know when breading season is then take one of them out in the season and put it in another temporary tank sorry thats all i can think off

  • It can mean several things. They display their dewlaps to warn off other males, or to attract mates. Females will too but their dewlaps are smaller than males.:)

Thanks for asking and for watching!

  • I urgently need a teacher on how to breed anoles. Please contact me. THANK YOU! Please copy and paste this al least 1 more time to annother video on anoles THANK YOU AGAIN!

  • We have loads of them here in South Carolina too. I should try and get a few pictures of some.

  • Cool! I'd love to see some pics of some Carolinian anoles.

BTW, the scientific name for the common green anole AKA Carolina anole is, Anolis Carolinensis.:)

  • My anoles nam is anolis!

  • I got two reminders, the first time there was no post here. Now it is. :) If you find the time, I am sure it would be a movie made with heart.

  • It happens!lol I had several comments and replies not post, then to show up days later.

  • Anole a: GTFO

    Anole b: FTW?

  • LOL, sorry I'm not real sure what you mean. Could you please elaborate? I'm not up on the latest online lingo. Thanks for watching!

  • He seems to have scared away the other Anole. Do they make any sound when they pose like this? Maybe you should do a full movie of Anole´s lives one day. :)

  • I'd love to do a movie on them!

Sorry, you might get two replies to this comment, the system is acting wierd today. Some of my comments and replies aren't going through.

Anyway, no, I've never heard an anole make any type of vocalization. They do sometimes emmit a slight hiss when harrassed.

  • Do you have Wild Brown Anoles where you are also. I had one as a pet years ago he was slightly different then the common green ones .. I been a keeper of anoles on and off in my life time very cute lizards nice vids :)

  • Thanks!

We have green anoles everywhere, but the browns, as you described, live a little further south. They're more common to south Florida and the keys, Cuba and so forth.

These lizards are so cute. I enjoy having them in my gardens. And, they make nice pets as well.

  • I'm really enjoying your anole vids. very nice.
