Actually, in the music video, Lady Gaga used a special kind of contact lens to enlarge her eyes; however, if you find these, I highly recommend you DON'T use them. I've heard that they're not safety approved and have had really bad effects on eyes. D: It's not worth risking your health for the look, I swear. So do what Michelle says instead. :D
