I did something very similar to this yesterday. I hit him and he yelled "don't hurt me!", he then ran off and got killed by a guard. I resurrected him and got him mauled by a daedroth. And other things like that. I love that guy.

@cantstopist open the console by pressing the key left of "1" on your keypad, it should look like ` <-- that.

Then, like in the video, simply click on the dead person you have in skingrad, and type in resurrect :) close console by pressing the same button you used to open it with and your house selling buddy will be good as new :D

If you find that that button won't open the console just search google for a load of other possibilities, sometimes it's different for laptops.

Did you really need to use a code to unlock the door? The lockpicking minigame is really really easy and you get a pick when you go to jail...
