its a very one sided (only one process - there is more than glucogen release/storage going on and its all very important) Also it doesnt explain the individual sub processes just this causes this causes this with those how-tylenol-makes-the-red-glowing-thing-turn-blue type air filled (though pretty) animations.
Would consider it the best video ever if it was Wilford Brimley narrating though

Hardly informative. You just threw a bunch of terms out there that no one with layman's level knowledge will understand. And the briefness makes it all worse.
